Hi, my name is Kerry Mills and I am an Advanced Respiratory Nurse Practitioner with 17 years' experience in respiratory in the acute setting in secondary care in Herefordshire. I transitioned to the primary care setting 8 years ago and now work in a large General Practice, which merged 5 years ago to one surgery and one Primary Care Network. I am also co-Clinical Director of the PCN and lead on many of the respiratory services in Herefordshire.

During my experience as a CNS in secondary care, I was instrumental in setting up a multitude of respiratory nurse services, to include the Home Oxygen Service, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, and the Nurse Led Interstitial Lung Disease service, working collaboratively with the local and tertiary MDT. A large component of my respiratory role has involved teaching and I feel very privileged to be a guest tutor for the Interstitial Lung Disease course with the Rotherham respiratory team.
